Your orders are very important to us, and we strive to deliver them as quickly as possible. Orders to mainland Portugal will typically be delivered within 1-5 business day, while orders to Madeira and Azores may take around 2-7 business days.

For our customers in Europe, deliveries may take around 2-9 business days.

Orders will be shipped via registered mail, allowing us to provide you with a tracking number. This way, you can follow your order's journey from our warehouse to your door, ensuring transparency and peace of mind.

Your satisfaction is our priority at Neevra. If you're not completely happy with your product, we offer you the right to a refund or exchange under Article 10 of Decree-Law no. 24/2014, of February 14. To be eligible for this, you must notify us of your intention to return or exchange the item within 14 days of receipt. You can do this by contacting our customer care team at info@neevra.com.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be in their original purchase conditions: unused, undamaged, without any signs of use or odors, and with all original packaging and labels intact. Please note, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items personalized according to consumer specifications.

Upon notifying us, you will have a maximum of 14 days to return the item to us. If you are returning an item for a refund, the funds will be credited to the original payment method within 3 working days of receipt of your return, and you will receive an email notifying you of your refund being processed. Please be aware that funds can take up to 5 working days to appear in your account.

In cases of exchanges, the item you wish to exchange must be returned to us within a maximum period of 14 days from the date you informed us of your decision. The item must be returned via the Registered Mail service, provided by CTT. Please note that the cost of returning the item to Neevra and the cost of sending the new item are the responsibility of the customer.

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we sincerely apologize. Please email us at info@neevra.com with details of the order number, item identification, your name, full address, and if possible, photos of the item. If we confirm that the item was defective or incorrect, we will be responsible for resending a new item (subject to stock availability) or refunding the amount paid, including shipping costs. The refund of the shipping cost will be made through the same means of payment used in the initial transaction within 2 days of receiving the item at our facilities.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service and retaining proof of postage when returning items, as any returned item is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered or temporary address and no refund or exchange will be offered in such scenarios.
